I’ve been coming here on and off for over 10 years. Everyone is always helpful and they offer a hassle free way to keep your car maintained. I’m very pleased to leave them a five star review.

These gentleman were fantastic. While driving I discovered my car was leaking oil about 1/2 mile away from this shop that I had never been to before. I pulled over and they got my car in immediately and found a problem (NOT caused by them). They replaced the oil that leaked out and advised me on what to do next and what to ask at the repair shop. 1000% reccomend and we are so thankful for their help this afternoon.

Thanks for putting my drain plug back in with an air wrench after an oil change. Went for a routine oil change somewhere else and they didn’t want to mess with it because they were afraid they would ruin my oil pan because it was completely stripped. The one second the air wrench took vs the four seconds a normal wrench would have taken that’s the difference. Thank god I have a stepdad that knows how to work on cars because I didn’t feel comfortable bringing it back you guys. Just take the four seconds next time and don’t ruin someone else’s drain plug.

For the last couple years I have been taking my car to Super Lube of AVL for scheduled maintenances. I recently pulled in for an oil change, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the staff, who were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The service was prompt and efficient, with the team working diligently to ensure my vehicle was in top condition. They took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait enjoyable. What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to check other vital components of my car, providing valuable insights and recommendations without any pressure to purchase additional services. The quality of the oil change itself was impeccable, and I immediately noticed the improved performance of my vehicle. It's clear that Super Lube uses high-quality products and employs skilled technicians who take pride in their work. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly r

The only place in Asheville i’ll go to! Super friendly staff, started coming here when i moved over 4 years ago. My husband use to change our oil but we priced out buying our own vs going to super lube and it came out to the same (if it’s the same let the pros do it lol) :) price is super reasonable, fast, and friendly! Great for inspections too! we had never had a car inspection in our prior state and they explained to us all the questions we had about it! highly recommend
